Job summary

Oregon State University’s College of Business invites applications for part-time, 9-month fixed-term instructor positions for the 2026-2027 academic year. Roles may teach in Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and/or Supply Chain and Logistics Management, with online, in-person, or hybrid delivery.

Emphasis on inclusive teaching and diversity is expected. Required: a Master’s degree in a business-related field and a commitment to equity; preferred: a PhD and college-level teaching

• Master’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• Demonstrated commitment to educational equity and inclusive excellence.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Management, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and/or Supply Chain and Logistics Management.
• Develop and deliver course content, assess student learning, provide feedback and support students.
• Engage in service activities and contribute to inclusive excellence within the College.
• Participate in professional development and maintain current teaching practices.
