College of Eastern Idaho seeks qualified instructors to teach BIOL 227 & 228, a two-course Human Anatomy & Physiology sequence with labs. Courses cover the body systems and homeostasis; instruction may be face-to-face or virtual.

This 11-month faculty appointment requires regular office hours, development of course materials, and participation in department activities. A Master’s degree in biology with at least 18 graduate credits is required; Idaho residency is required, and visa sponsorship is

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in biology or related discipline with at least 18 graduate credit hours.
• Incumbent must reside in Idaho; CEI does not sponsor Visas.
• Instructional experience, preferably at a post-secondary level.
• Clinical experience in biology-related areas.
• Instructional experience with Pathophysiology, Microbiology or other introductory biology courses.

Aufgaben

• Teaches BIOL 227 & 228 Health Anatomy & Physiology (four credits each) with accompanying labs.
• Holds regular office hours.
• Develops instructional materials for face-to-face or virtual instruction.
• Attends in-service and departmental meetings.
• Participates in committees and service opportunities.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
