Job summary

Binance is seeking a hands-on resource and project manager to support its creative teams in the United States. You will track resourcing needs, forecast workload with Asana data, and coordinate with leads and creatives to improve visibility and processes.

The role requires bilingual English/Mandarin, strong analytical and communication skills, and an interest in AI and automation. You will also manage agency partners and help standardize workflows in Confluence, contributing to Binance's global
