The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking to establish a pool of qualified Business & Industry Trainers to deliver a range of courses in manufacturing, industry, safety, healthcare, business and community education at Bay College in Escanaba.
Train-the-trainer capabilities, ability to work with diverse learners, and strong collaboration with local employers are essential. Roles may include youth and adult education workshops and related professional development activities.

Bay de Noc Community College (Bay College) is establishing a poolof qualified candidates to be considered when Business &Industry Trainers are needed. Areas include: Manufacturing,Industrial, Safety, Healthcare and Business, and CommunityEducation/Life Long Learning. Subject areas include, but are notlimited to, Drafting, CAD, Blueprint Reading, Machining, OSHA 10& 30, Confined Space, LOTO, Basic Electrical, Customer Service,Leadership, and youth and adult community educationworkshops.

Job Duties
Collaborate with businesses to develop customized training orprofessional development seminars for employees in a particularfield.
Provide valuable training designed to enhance employee skills andproductivity.
Collaborate with Bay College staff and business to determine datesand times of training sessions.
Demonstrate commitment to customer service.
Any other duties as assigned.
