Overview
We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team supporting a high-volume, employment-based immigration practice. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of business immigration experience who is ready to grow their career in a dynamic, mission-driven law firm.
Note: Only candidates located in the Washington, D.C. area who are willing to work 100% on site will be considered.
Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Additional compensation

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with attorneys, senior paralegals, and team members to support employment-based immigration cases.
- Draft forms, letters, and basic petition materials with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor case progress and maintain detailed case records.
- Communicate professionally with clients, including executives and internationally recognized professionals.
- Demonstrate empathy in client communications while maintaining professionalism.
- Answer questions from clients and internal team members in accordance with ethical guidelines for paralegals.
- Utilize our case management systems and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and ClickUp.
- Assist in training materials for internal staff and client education.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of business immigration paralegal experience (corporate immigration focus required).
- Professionalism: Ability to accept feedback, learn quickly, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods, type on a keyboard, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to hear, see, speak clearly, and interact effectively in a standard office setting.
- Capability to reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch to access files or office materials.
- Ability to move between floors and work in a moderately noisy office environment.
- Must be able to remain focused and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Requires the ability to manage shifting priorities, strict deadlines, and evolving workloads while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Requires emotional resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to remain composed in high-stress or time-sensitive situations.
