Overview

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our team supporting a high-volume, employment-based immigration practice. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of business immigration experience who is ready to grow their career in a dynamic, mission-driven law firm.

Note: Only candidates located in the Washington, D.C. area who are willing to work 100% on site will be considered.

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with attorneys, senior paralegals, and team members to support employment-based immigration cases.
Draft forms, letters, and basic petition materials with accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor case progress and maintain detailed case records.
Communicate professionally with clients, including executives and internationally recognized professionals.
Demonstrate empathy in client communications while maintaining professionalism.
Answer questions from clients and internal team members in accordance with ethical guidelines for paralegals.
Utilize our case management systems and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office and ClickUp.
Assist in training materials for internal staff and client education.
