We’re seeking a skilled and driven Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal to join our team and reporting to our Houston, Texas office. This is your chance to play an essential role in helping clients navigate complex immigration matters while working closely with talented attorneys in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

As an integral part of our immigration team, you’ll be responsible for coordinating closely with attorneys to ensure the seamless preparation, filing, and tracking of various immigration and nationality law matters. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, where your contributions will make a real difference to our clients' journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Attorneys: Assist in the collection of data and documents for Non‑Immigrant Visa (NIV), Immigrant Visa (IV), and PERM cases.
  • Evaluate and Analyze: Proactively assess case details, identify potential concerns, and bring them to the attention of the attorney for timely resolution.
  • Prepare Critical Documentation: Draft forms, letters, and correspondence for attorney review with precision and attention to detail.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional support and maintain communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Track and Finalize Cases: Oversee the status of all filed applications and petitions, ensuring timely and accurate completion after attorney review.
  • Leverage Technology: Use advanced document and data management systems to efficiently manage client casework, ensuring all records are complete and up‑to‑date.
