Job summary

New Frontier Immigration Law in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Business Immigration Attorney to lead client engagements and strategy for L-1, EB petitions and green cards. The role emphasizes building a consulting-focused practice with international entrepreneurs and executives, and may require traveling to Phoenix for interviews.

You will run high-value consultations, develop strategies, nurture client and referral relationships, and represent the firm at international events, while growing

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited US law school and active bar membership.
• Arizona bar membership preferred or eligible for local practice.
• 2+ years dedicated to Business-Based Immigration Law.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultations & Business Development: Meet with prospective clients and explain services.
• Case Strategy & Execution: Manage strategy and filings for L-1A/L-1B, EB petitions, and green cards.
• Relationship Management: Attend networking events and build long-term client/referral relationships.
• Public & Business Representation: Represent the firm at high-level events and webinars.
• Strategic Advising: Ask questions to understand client goals and advise on pathways.
• Client Service & Practice Growth: Maintain premium client service and help grow the practice.
• Team Collaboration & Operations: Coordinate with support team for filings.
