Graham Personnel Services is seeking a results-driven Business Developer to expand our presence across North Carolina and Virginia. You will drive new business, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with independent work ethic and travel across NC and VA.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field.
• Ability to travel throughout North Carolina and Virginia.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

• Drive new business: Identify prospects and build a qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
