AML Chief of Staff Office Administrative Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to support the Senior Leadership Team within PNC's AML organization. This role involves coordinating logistics, onboarding processes, and building professional Excel spreadsheets.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate logistics for multiple leaders, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel booking, and expense reports.
  2. Support department onboarding with system access, equipment, seat assignments, and communications.
  3. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets with formulas, graphs, and pivot tables.
Preferred Skills
  • 2+ years of experience as a coordinator, administrative assistant, or executive assistant.
  • Experience supporting multiple individuals with calendar and travel arrangements.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Additional Information

This position is primarily based in a PNC location, with some remote work at manager’s discretion. Responsibilities may require time in the office or field regularly.
