Business Enablement Specialist

As a Business Enablement Specialist at MoonTech, you will turn leadership direction into clear, measurable execution across teams. You will own the quarterly OKR cycle, partnering with team leaders to translate company objectives into goals their teams understand, believe in, and deliver. You will also continuously uncover what slows teams down and fix it through better processes, tools, automation, and ownership frameworks. This role suits someone who can take a direction and run with it end to end, balancing quick wins with long-term solutions and always knowing how success will be measured.

Responsibilities
Strategy Execution & OKRs
  • Own the quarterly OKR cycle: translate direction from founders and leadership into company-level and team-level objectives and key results.
  • Cascade and align: partner with team leaders to adapt objectives to their team's context, facilitate alignment, and secure buy-in.
  • Track progress: run regular check-ins to monitor delivery, flag risks early, and keep objectives on track through the quarter.
Discovery & Continuous Improvement
  • Uncover pain points: run discovery sessions with leaders and team members to surface bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
  • Improve workflows: proactively propose and implement solutions that streamline operations and raise productivity, whether that is a process, a way of working, or a tool.
  • Balance speed and sustainability: deliver high-impact quick fixes while building the long-term solution.
  • Audit continuously: regularly assess how well systems and workflows are working, identify gaps, and drive improvements.
Processes & Ownership
  • Document and standardize processes: map workflows and create templates, guidelines, and SOPs that keep teams consistent and efficient.
  • Clarify ownership: put accountability frameworks in place so everyone knows who owns what and who to go to.
Tools & Automation
  • Administer and optimize tools: manage internal systems, including CRMs, marketing platforms, project management software, and analytics tools.
  • Automate repetitive work: build workflows and integrations between systems using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) and AI-powered tools, reducing manual work and errors.
Measurement & Reporting
  • Make everything measurable: define KPIs and success metrics for every initiative before launch, and evaluate its impact after implementation.
  • Build dashboards and reports: turn data into actionable insights that inform decisions and track process performance.
Enablement & Adoption
  • Coach teams: run workshops, write guides, and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption and proficiency.
  • Be the central resource: bridge teams, systems, and workflows to enable seamless collaboration.
Requirements
  • 4+ years in business operations, enablement, strategy execution, process improvement, or a similar role. Candidates from any industry are welcome.
  • Hands‑on experience running or supporting OKRs or similar goal‑setting frameworks across teams.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping, documentation, and improvement methodologies.
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple enterprise tools or SaaS platforms.
  • You learn new tools quickly and turn technical features into practical team solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience building automations and integrations with tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows is a must.
  • Comfortable with dashboards, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: you grasp requirements, understand pain points, and align stakeholders at every level.
  • A strong problem‑solver who thinks systematically and practically, and can simplify complex systems for non‑technical users.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven.
We Are Particularly Looking For Someone Who
  • Takes ownership and reliably moves work forward with minimal supervision.
  • Is highly curious and wants to understand how and why things work.
  • Thinks systematically while remaining practical and action‑oriented.
  • Observes carefully and can identify problems and opportunities others may overlook.
  • Translates complexity into clarity for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities rather than waiting for problems to be assigned.
  • Thinks in terms of measurable impact and asks how success should be evaluated.
  • Balances speed with sustainability, knowing when to implement a quick fix and when a longer‑term solution is needed.
  • Communicates clearly and can distinguish the stated requirement from the underlying business problem.
  • Is organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented.
  • Enjoys continuous improvement and finding better ways for teams to work.
