Job summary

MoonTech is seeking a Graphic Content Designer to accelerate daily visual output across campaign assets, social content, and client presentations. You’ll work within brand guidelines, leveraging AI tools to scale design across multiple formats for a fast-moving creator marketing platform.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and comfort turning data into compelling visuals for paid and organic channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience; AI fluency and portfolio quality matter.
• Ability to translate data and campaign performance into presentation materials.
• Experience producing marketing and social content at volume.

Responsibilities

• Produce social posts, banners, and static visuals for influencer activations.
• Build creator-ready visual templates that stay within brand guidelines.
• Design client and stakeholder presentations that turn campaign results into visuals.
• Create internal branded materials: Slack visuals, templates, and comms assets.
• Deliver platform-native digital assets optimized for social channels.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to concept, design, test, and optimize ads.
• Produce assets for paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
• Design with performance marketing goals and iterate from insights.
• Keep creative fresh while aligning with brand guidelines.

Can you take an incomplete brief and turn it into scroll-stopping content, fast? Do you push back when a brief can be better, and adapt one idea across a dozen formats without losing its edge? At MoonTech, this role is the engine behind our day-to-day visual output: campaign assets, social content, ad creatives, and client presentations for a fast-moving creator marketing platform. The overall brand identity is owned by our Brand Identity Designer; this role brings it to life across day-to-day content, at speed, with AI tools as a natural part of how you create.

Graphic Content Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce social posts, banners, and static campaign visuals for influencer activations


• Build creator-ready visual templates that adapt within brand guidelines


• Design client and stakeholder presentations that turn campaign performance into compelling visuals


• Create internal branded materials: Slack visuals, templates, and comms assets


• Deliver platform-native digital assets optimized for social channels


• Collaborate daily with the Digital Marketing team to concept, design, test, and optimize high-converting ad creatives


• Produce optimized visual assets for paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels


• Design with performance marketing goals in mind, iterating continuously based on campaign insights and data


• Keep creative fresh while staying consistent with established brand guidelines
