Your Role as a Business Development Territory Manager (Treatment Placement Specialist):
Treatment Placement Specialists are responsible for building trust within their healthcare communities as reliable resources for behavioral health treatment placement across a broad network of facilities. You will connect individuals with appropriate care levels for issues including addiction, co-occurring disorders, trauma, mood/anxiety, disordered eating, and complex pain. Your role involves collaborating with mental health and addiction professionals and liaising with families to find personalized care options within local, regional, and national systems.
The ideal candidate will research, identify, and develop new professional prospects and business opportunities with a passion for marketing, aiming to increase patient admissions and market share. You will be responsible for developing and executing quarterly and annual sales strategies for Kansas City, MO, and surrounding areas.
Essential Functions:
