Job summary

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton is seeking a Business Development Technology Coordinator to align CRM platforms, data and e-marketing activities across BDMC and partners. You will support MS Dynamics, Foundation and Vuture, train staff, manage data imports, ensure data quality, and generate insights for stakeholders.

The role offers remote work up to two days per week and a base salary range of $75,000–$85,000, with non-exempt overtime eligibility. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience with databases and e-marketing systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Vuture and Foundation would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of information and translate data into outputs.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data quality and consistency.
• Proactive, service-focused approach with stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain systems clearly.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility to work outside standard office hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for the global BDMC team across MS Dynamics, Foundation and Vuture.
• Support Foundation upgrades and configuration and help introduce new functionality to the global BDMC team.
• Help colleagues build confidence in using MS Dynamics and Foundation through training and ongoing support.
• Manage data imports, migrations and QA to maintain accurate information across systems.
• Use QA reporting to identify missing or incomplete information and address gaps.
• Lead tracking and reporting for special projects with actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate to capture client and matter availability in the experience management database.
• Partner with Legal Directory Analysts to ensure directory narratives are captured accurately.
• Research client industries and enrich new client records with industry information.
• Coordinate distribution of client alerts, event invitations and other communications.
• Explore creative uses of AI to surface patterns and insights for BD/marketing decisions.
• Support BD events by managing registration lists and distributing invitations.
