Job summary

A-Line E.D.S., Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth in utility and industrial services. You will build relationships with customers and identify new opportunities, guiding projects from initial contact through completion.

You’ll promote services such as forensic transformer decommissioning, onsite transformer removal, transportation, recycling, and asset recovery, while collaborating with internal teams and project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
• Industry experience in utility/industrial/construction or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with utility and industrial customers.
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Promote specialized services: transformer decommissioning, removal, transport, recycling.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional service opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project execution.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and docs.
• Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Travel up to 30% to meet customers.
