Job summary

LeadingReach, a remote-friendly company solving healthcare communication challenges, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth.

You will own outbound prospecting across existing customers, inbound leads, and net new accounts, turning outreach into qualified pipeline by booking Sales Qualified demonstrations and handing off opportunities to Sales. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is expected, with strong CRM and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 calls a day to a mix of customers, inbound leads, and net new contacts.

• Hand off qualified opportunities to Sales after verification as needed.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and stay updated on leads and campaigns.

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to be a key driver of our revenue growth. You'll own outbound prospecting and early-stage qualification across our existing customers, inbound leads, and net new accounts, turning outreach into qualified pipeline by booking Sales Qualified product demonstrations and handing off well-documented opportunities to Sales. You'll partner with Sales and Marketing to line up outreach with active campaigns, and you'll know LeadingReach's products well enough to explain how they fit a practice’s referral workflow. Location: Remote within the following approved U.This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 calls a day to a mix of existing customers, inbound leads, and net new contacts
• Keep every call, note, task, and activity documented in our CRM
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing so outreach lines up with active campaigns and lead lists, and hand off qualified opportunities to Sales
• Perform user and account verification calls to confirm authorization to access PHI, as needed
• Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho is a plus)
• ~ Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM tools
• ~ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
