Position Summary:
This position is responsible for working with the Director, Business Development Support, Trade & Host Travel Partner Relations and the Sr. Host Agency Account Executive, with a specific focus on the implementation and execution of the 2nd phone field program for identified Host Agency partners. This includes maintaining full knowledge of available 2nd phone field options and capabilities.
The position will provide support in various sales and partner support activities with the goal of ensuring satisfaction and operational excellence, which in turn leads to increased revenue performance for Host and 2nd phone field branches.
This role requires creative, outside-the-box thinking to meet the various needs of partners. The position will liaise with key personnel from IT, Automation Support, Sales Administration, and sister brands to help exceed growth goals for each Host Agency partner.
The role will also work with the Host Agency Team to establish a yearly training calendar geared toward Independent Contractors in key cities. This includes in-person, shipboard, and virtual events, as well as sales presentations and training seminars for small and large audiences to promote the brand, specific ships, programs, and destinations as needed. The position is also responsible for achieving sales targets for assigned accounts, including revenue growth, volume growth, and product-specific targets.
