Overview
The Business Development Specialist will support various initiatives including developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. This role involves direct communication with clients and leading growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Engage in business development activities, including contacting potential healthcare clients.
  2. Maintain a record of achieving growth in referrals and business renewal.
  3. Communicate with healthcare clients to explain services based on their needs.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies for referral sources, monitor sales trends and competitor activities.
  5. Identify high-value accounts, assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Visit potential clients, organize marketing events, and promote programs.
  7. Attend industry trade shows and conferences, prepare promotional materials.
  8. Update and maintain client and marketing data in the company database.
  9. Complete reports and stay informed about industry trends and competition.
  10. Participate in team meetings, special projects, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years in brand development, sales, and management with a proven sales record.
  2. Licensed clinicians in neuro rehabilitation may substitute for sales experience.
  3. Experience in rehab services, healthcare, or related fields preferred.
  4. Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer focus.
  5. Knowledge of business development and strategic planning at an executive level.
  6. Self-motivated with innovative thinking.
  7. Travel 25-75%.

Additional Job Details

  • Healthcare sales and business development experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of Worker’s Compensation is a plus.
  • Position supports Neuro Outpatient / SWAN Rehab in Phoenix, Goodyear & surrounding areas.
