Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years of business development experience.
• BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and researching leads for new work and proposal leads, lunch and learns, and other business development tasks.
• Support project team by coordinating proposal opportunities and presentations for both prime and teaming arrangements.
• Maintain consistent interaction with multiple offices including principals, directors, managers, and others to effectively support business development strategy.
• Assisting with business development plan development and budgets.
• Identifying, tracking, and coordinating conference, industry, and award opportunities.
• Supply content and coordinate with Social Media Team for support of social media, marketing campaigns, and website and industry conferences.
• Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with company strategy, deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail through the corporate marketing group.
• Conduct market research to keep up with changing demographic and other relevant issues to assist with evaluating business development and communication activities and to monitor emerging issues.
• Assist with maintaining and updating databases.
• Additional research, administrative tasks, and or special projects as needed.
