We’re working with a high-growth Salesforce consultancy that’s building out its commercial function and looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to take the first big step in their tech sales career.

Our client is a fast-scaling Salesforce, Microsoft and ServiceNow partner delivering innovative CRM solutions to a wide range of businesses. With a reputation for quality and agility, they’re now doubling down on sales and looking to develop future leaders from within.

The Role

As a BDR, you’ll play a crucial role in generating and qualifying new leads, sparking conversations with potential clients, and feeding the pipeline for the sales team.

This role is specifically designed as a stepping stone into an Account Executive position, where you’ll be trusted to own the full sales cycle and drive new business. Ideal for someone with raw talent and the right mindset who wants to develop fast.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, research, and engage new business prospects.
  • Reach out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on campaigns and messaging.
  • Work with sales leadership to learn best practices and grow quickly.
  • 1–2 years in a sales or business development role (SaaS, tech, or consulting ideal—but not essential).
  • A genuine hunger to learn, grow, and move into a full sales role.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport fast.
  • Confident, curious, and motivated by targets and results.
  • Organised and proactive—someone who takes ownership.
