Job summary

Atlas Search in New York is seeking a Business Development/Marketing Associate for a hybrid role with a Manhattan law firm client. You will develop business development and marketing plans, draft client proposals, profile prospects, plan seminars and webinars, and coordinate with partners and internal teams to execute initiatives.

Requirements include 3+ years in law-firm BD and Salesforce CRM is a plus; base salary ranges from $100k to $135k per year with eligibility for bonus to be discussed

• Develop strategic business development and marketing plans, including goals, action items, and deadlines. Advise and collaborate with partners, the Business Development, Marketing, and Communications teams, as well as other internal stakeholders in the development and execution of these plans;
• Draft and prepare written proposals, pitches, and other communications to clients, prospective clients, and related third-party organizations
• Profile strategic prospects identify key individuals, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions
• Plan and oversee seminars, events, and other targeted marketing activities
• Drive attendance for webinars and arrange meetings for conferences

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of business development experience at a law firm
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus

The annual base salary range is $100k to $135k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
