Job summary

Atlas Search in New York is seeking a Business Development/Marketing Associate for a hybrid role with a Manhattan law firm client. You will develop business development and marketing plans, draft client proposals, profile prospects, plan seminars and webinars, and coordinate with partners and internal teams to execute initiatives.

Requirements include 3+ years in law-firm BD and Salesforce CRM is a plus; base salary ranges from $100k to $135k per year with eligibility for bonus to be discussed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development experience at a law firm.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business development and marketing plans with goals, action items and deadlines.
• Draft and prepare written proposals, pitches, and communications for clients and prospects.
• Profile strategic prospects, identify key individuals, and present solutions.
• Plan and oversee seminars, events, and other targeted marketing activities.
• Drive attendance for webinars and arrange meetings for conferences.
