Role Description

The Business Development Specialist role at Data Center Youngbloods is a hybrid position based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for part-time work from home. In this role, the specialist will identify and qualify new partnership and sponsorship opportunities, conduct market and industry research, and support lead generation campaigns. Daily responsibilities include managing outreach to prospective partners, maintaining relationship pipelines, and coordinating follow-ups to convert interest into active engagement. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, support events and community initiatives, and gather feedback from partners and members to refine offerings. The position also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing ideas to grow the community and expand its impact in the digital infrastructure space.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
