Metalsa is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Datacenter & Strategic Industrial Accounts to grow opportunities across hyperscalers, E-House OEMs, and related sectors in the US. You will build executive relationships, evaluate new business cases, and coordinate cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into solutions.
The role supports AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Meta, Oracle Cloud engagements and requires up to 33% travel.
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and development of strategic business opportunities within the Datacenter, Energy, Utility and other strategic industrial markets. This position develops relationships with Datacenter Hyperscalers, E-House OEM Integrators, and other strategic industrial accounts while identifying new opportunities, developing business cases, and supporting long-term commercial growth.
Given the concentration of Hyperscalers in California and Washington State, it is desirable for candidates to be based in the West Coast/Pacific Northwest. Previous experience supporting Hyperscalers, E-House OEMs and/or major cloud providers is highly desirable.
The position may be remote, or hybrid depending on location and requires up to 33% travel to support customers, business development activities, and internal collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, or related technical/business field required
3-4 years of business development experience required
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, and complex B2B environment preferred
Hyperscaler, Data Center, cloud infrastructure, and/or related industry experience preferred
Experience supporting AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Meta, Oracle Cloud, and/or similar organizations including E-House OEMs preferred
Experience developing key target customer accounts. preferred
MBA or other advanced business degree preferred
