Job summary

Hiley Automotive Group seeks a Bi-Lingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative for our busy multi-dealership BDC in Fort Worth. You will handle calls, chats, and emails to schedule service appointments and provide product information.

You will respond quickly, follow up on missed appointments, maintain positive relationships with service teams and management, and use our BDC tracking system daily. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive, friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Team oriented with a collaborative attitude and willingness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Strong computer skills with Word, Excel and Outlook; dual-screen a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Follow up with missed appointments.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and management.
• Utilize BDC tracking system daily.
