Job summary

The Hiley Automotive Group is seeking a customer service representative to handle calls, emails, and live chat responses from customers seeking service appointments. You will provide product information and route requests to the appropriate dealership resources, while maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship with the service teams.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, possess prior customer service experience, and are comfortable using standard office software.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.
• At least one prior customer service role or similar experience.
• Strong teamwork and a proactive attitude.
• Courteous and professional communication with customers.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; dual-screen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with missed appointments.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize BDCtracking system daily.
