Job summary

Danbury Auto is expanding, and we are building a brand-new, high-velocity Business Development Center to handle massive lead volume across Kia, Hyundai, and Stellantis brands.

We aren’t looking for warm bodies—we want closers, communicators, and hustlers who can convert inbound calls and internet leads, set service appointments, and drive their earnings through a lucrative bonus structure. Qualifications

• Proven ability to close deals in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Strong tech skills with CRM and lead management tools.
• Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and self-motivated.
• Automotive or high-volume call center/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and internet leads to schedule appointments.
• Convert leads into booked service or sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM.
• Collaborate with showroom and service teams to maximize conversions.
