MountKisco Chevrolet in Mount Kisco, NY is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative to support our Sales Department. We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and dedicated person who enjoys working with people and is looking for an opportunity to develop and grow in a career that is financially rewarding.

In this role you will manage inbound internet and phone inquiries, listen to customer needs and work with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information

Qualifications

• Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of internet sales experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent customer relationship skills required.
• Self-starter, motivated and success driven.
• Confident, positive and high energy presence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screenings.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

In this role you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer inquiries. Outstanding customer service, multi- tasking skills, and follow-through are a must.

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week); Monday to Saturday; 8 hour shifts in person

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year + Commissions
