Job summary

Paychex in Saint Petersburg, FL is hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative for its Wholesale organization. You will generate appointments, conduct outbound calls, and qualify prospects to create opportunities for our Wholesale selling partners.

This role requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and about 1 year of lead gen or sales-related experience. Base pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with Paychex benefits and total rewards based on location and experience.

• Partners with selling representatives to strategically target accounts and identify potential opportunities for SurePayroll Wholesale segment
• Articulates competitive advantages by highlighting our differentiators and has an expertise in overall value proposition tied to SurePayroll’s Wholesale product and service
• Effectively manage open opportunities and maintain data updates within the CRM (salesforce.com) to ensure an effective pipeline is being nurtured

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the base pay range for this position is $18 - $20 per hour. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
