Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help grow our commercial janitorial services. This role offers flexible scheduling and hours to manage your day while meeting client needs and sales goals.

Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, building relationships with owners and property managers, scheduling meetings and walkthroughs, presenting our cleaning services, preparing proposals, and following up on leads to secure new accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sales or business development experience preferred; janitorial or commercial services a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and meet sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Reliable transportation for client meetings and property walkthroughs.
