360clean is seeking Commercial Cleaners to keep client workplaces clean, safe, and welcoming. We value dependable, detail-oriented teammates who show up, work hard, help others, and bring a positive attitude.

This role offers part-time and/or full-time opportunities with evening, overnight, and weekend shifts depending on the account. Competitive pay is based on experience, and we provide training and development with opportunities to advance within the team.

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, disinfect, empty trash, and restock supplies.
• Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and client-specific instructions.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude at client locations.
• Work independently and support teammates when needed.

What You’ll Do

• Clean commercial offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, hallways, and common areas.

• Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and client-specific instructions.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, supply needs, safety concerns, or unusual conditions to your supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude while working at client locations.
• Work independently while also supporting fellow team members when needed.
