General Description:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will collaborate with the Marketplace Sales Executive team to identify and develop sales opportunities and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls; qualify leads and either live transfer or set appointments
  • Follow up on inbound no-shows; qualify leads and either live transfer or set appointments
  • Outbound calls to various customer lists; qualify leads and either live transfer or set appointments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build relationships
  • Fearless mentality and resilience
  • Passion for cold-calling and proactive outreach
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills
