About the Role:

We are excited about the opportunities to help verticals outside of long-term care. This role will be within one of those verticals, which will be decided during the interview process.

The vertical could be a new healthcare segment or an entirely different industry, like education. You’ll be on the ground floor of a growing business segment and shaping the sales team. Examples include:

  • Providing substitute teachers and classroom staff to K-12 schools
  • Providing clinicians to In-Home healthcare agencies

This role is ideal if you love engaging with potential customers over the phone and are passionate about sales and driving top-of-funnel growth at a startup within a startup.

You should expect to:
  • Make over 500 calls per week to engage prospects and book demos
  • Track account and decision-maker details in our CRM
  • Understand our value proposition deeply to have meaningful conversations
  • Book 10+ demos weekly through outreach
  • Win over workplaces with quick follow-up, attention to detail, and customer empathy
  • Share insights and obstacles from conversations to improve our pitch

The process:

  • Submit an application
  • Complete a take-home assignment
  • Interview with a vertical team member
  • Interview with Vertical Manager
  • Depending on fit, repeat step 3 with another vertical manager
  • Interview with Head of Growth
  • Interview with CEO
