This is a high-activity, performance-driven position with travel and room for advancement into closing or leadership roles. Pay ranges from $20 to $27 per hour with an incentive package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and rejection.
• Experience with CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts across healthcare, enterprise IT, and other key verticals.
• Execute outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to generate new opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the VP of Business Development.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Research organizations, decision-makers, and market trends.
• Support conference and event follow-up to convert leads into meetings.
• Track activity and manage pipeline within CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership on messaging and targeting.
