Job Overview:
Kelly Office Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our expanding team in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for developing new business, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. The Sales Hunter will be responsible for prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and driving revenue growth across multiple business lines, including Point of Use Water Purification Systems, Commercial Ice machines and Office Coffee Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Develop & Close New Business: Build relationships with key decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Meet & Exceed Sales Targets: Drive new revenue growth by executing a strategic sales plan with clear goals and performance metrics.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention.
- Utilize CRM & Sales Tools: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills, with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, with experience using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and meetings.
