Praesidium is hiring a Business Development Representative to help grow our reach by engaging prospective clients and identifying how our services can support their abuse prevention efforts. In this front-line role, you’ll initiate outreach, nurture early relationships, and help organizations take the first step toward safer environments for those they serve.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in a business development, outreach, or sales role (B2B or mission-based preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong listening and qualifying skills
• Self-starter who is coachable, curious, and comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot)
• Passion for mission-driven work and a desire to make a difference
