Job summary

Miracle Property Restoration seeks a driven Business Development Representative to fuel growth in Southeast Michigan, building client relationships and expanding a referral network across insurance and property management sectors.

You will generate new business, manage a CRM pipeline, meet sales targets, and attend industry events while representing the Miracle brand with a professional, solution-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Proven ability to build relationships, articulate value, and close deals.
• Comfortable with cold calling, in-person meetings, and follow-up.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM/data discipline.
• Experience in property restoration or insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and qualify leads via cold outreach, networking, and inquiries.
• Build and manage a robust CRM pipeline with tracking and reporting.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers in insurers, PM firms, and commercial clients.
• Maintain ongoing follow-ups to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
• Cultivate partnerships with adjusters, realtors, and contractors for referrals.
• Represent Miracle Property Restoration professionally with enthusiasm.

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a driven, people-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is essential to our company’s growth — responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing lasting client relationships, and building a strong referral network across the insurance and property management industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools with full tracking and reporting.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in insurance companies, property management firms, commercial businesses, and related sectors.
• Maintain ongoing follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and community networking functions to promote brand awareness.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with adjusters, realtors, and contractors that generate regular referrals.
• Represent the Miracle brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a solution-focused approach.
