Job description

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter with a solid understanding of the mortgage industry to conduct outbound calls to cold leads for recruiting loan officers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation and recruitment. Your role will involve reaching out, presenting our company, and persuading potential candidates to consider joining our team. If you have a strong background in the mortgage sector and a knack for establishing rapport, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to potential clients, customers, or leads • Engage in meaningful conversations, build relationships, and establish rapport • Confidently present information and answer questions with enthusiasm and clarity • Be camera-ready and comfortable with video calls, live streaming, or video messaging • Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets Qualifications: • 2+ years of Experience with high volume outbound calls or SDR experience • Knowledge of the mortgage Industry, prior mortgage industry experience is a plus • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust over the phone • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic • Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality – loves talking to people! • Passion for helping people and creating meaningful connections • Comfortable being in the spotlight – enjoys video calls and public speaking • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and dialing systems is preferred • Must be available to work 8:30-5:00 pm EST Monday-Friday Compensation: $36,000 + Commission
