StreamWork ( www.streamwork.com ) is on a mission to transform how teams review, approve, and

manage creative projects—and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s

ready to make a real impact from day one.

As an early-stage startup, we’re growing fast, and we need a motivated, customer-obsessed BDR to help

drive that growth by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with qualified prospects. The ideal

candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves solving problems, and is

passionate about driving new business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities in our target markets
  • Reach out to prospective clients within our market via phone, email, text, and chat to spark interest, qualify leads and schedule product demo meetings for Account Executives
  • Craft and deliver compelling messaging that highlights the value of StreamWork
  • Maintain a high level of daily sales activity (with heavy call focus), supported by thoughtful outreach strategies
  • Create and manage personalized email sequences and follow-ups to engage leads
  • Identify high-intent, strategic accounts and develop innovative engagement strategies
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot or similar) updated with accurate prospect and pipeline data
  • Track and report on KPIs to continuously improve sales performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or creative industry
  • A proven track record of generating pipeline and meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Comfortable making high-volume outreach (calls, emails, texts) with a personalized approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Must stay up to date on current technology and trends in outbound prospecting—including the evolving role of A.I. in sales engagement and research
  • Experience using sales software: HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, email sequence software, lead prospecting software, etc.
