About the Role

Krunchbox is seeking an energetic, curious, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative / BDR who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. If you're passionate about technology, data, and helping brands unlock smarter growth, this is your opportunity to be on the front lines of a category-defining product.

As an Inside Sales Rep at Krunchbox, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our impact across the retail ecosystem. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — introducing them to our cutting-edge analytics platform and educating them on how Krunchbox leverages AI and point-of-sale data to help suppliers and retailers make faster, smarter decisions. Working closely with marketing and sales, you'll help build a high-quality pipeline that fuels the growth of global brands.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive pipeline growth by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective customers across the retail supplier ecosystem. You'll be the first voice they hear from Krunchbox — making a strong, credible impression from day one.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through thoughtful discovery, understanding their business needs, and articulating how Krunchbox delivers value through smarter retail analytics and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product to align messaging, surface customer pain points, and help refine our go-to-market approach.
  • Prioritize outreach strategically , focusing your efforts on high-value accounts and verticals where Krunchbox can make the biggest impact.
  • Turn curiosity into insight — synthesize your conversations with prospects into patterns and trends that inform sales strategy and product direction.
  • Leverage data and tools (like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong) to track your activity, optimize your outreach, and continuously improve performance.
  • Be a foundational team member in NA — help shape the inside sales playbook, test new messaging and campaigns, and contribute to a culture of hustle, creativity, and learning.

Who You Are

You’re a communicator and a connector. You have a track record of opening doors, starting conversations, and creating opportunities in fast-moving B2B SaaS environments.

You’re obsessed with understanding real customer pain points. You ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and use that insight to spark interest and build trust with prospects.

You’re data-informed. You track your outreach, measure what’s working, and continuously optimize your approach using tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

You turn cold leads into warm conversations. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and use persistence, creativity, and curiosity to break through the noise.

You’re a strong collaborator. You work closely with sales, marketing, and product to ensure messaging resonates and opportunities are handed off smoothly and strategically.

You're energized by the chance to change how retail suppliers use data — and you're ready to help scale a platform that’s already delivering meaningful value to global brands.

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role — ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or data-driven company
  • A proven ability to source and qualify leads, book meetings, and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline
  • Experience working in a startup or growth-stage environment where you’ve worn multiple hats and thrived in ambiguity
  • Bonus points for familiarity with retail, CPG, or analytics-driven platforms
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different buyer personas
  • A collaborative mindset — you work well with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and share insights
  • Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Outreach to manage and optimize your outreach
  • A self-starter attitude with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt quickly
It’s a Plus If You Have
  • Experience working with retail suppliers, CPG brands, or familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) data and the retail tech landscape
  • A background in sales development at a SaaS company focused on data, analytics, or workflow tools
  • Exposure to AI-driven platforms or a strong interest in how AI is transforming sales and customer engagement
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Apollo for prospecting and engagement
  • Comfort analyzing basic data to identify high-potential accounts or improve outreach strategies (bonus if you’ve used HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs)
  • A passion for turning complex concepts into compelling messaging that resonates with non-technical buyers

We’re open to remote candidates who thrive in distributed teams and can work effectively across time zones. That said, we have a preference for candidates based in Dallas, Austin, New York, or Mexico City to enable more in-person collaboration and time zone alignment.
