Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile (ICP) and are sales-ready .
Account-Based Strategy: Work with Regional Sales Directors to develop targeted outreach strategies for key accounts and verticals within the enterprise market.
Sales Support: Schedule meetings and product demos for Regional Sales Director s, ensuring that prospects receive a seamless handoff and a compelling sales experience.
Tech Stack Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and interactions in the CRM and analytics system s (e.g., Salesforce , Definitive, ZoomInfo ).
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor landscape, and product offerings to better communicate the value of our solutions to prospects.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Support Identif ication and research of new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects.
KPIs & Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly quotas for meetings set, calls made, and opportunities generated.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in a SaaS or technology-focused environment. Healthcare Saa S preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage, build rapport, and qualify potential customers effectively.
Sales Mindset: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong motivation to hit targets and drive results.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads and track sales activities.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Problem Solver: Ability to quickly understand prospect needs and match them with the right solution.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a passion for working cross-functionally with AEs and other sales team members.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required ).

The hiring range for this position is:
$72,800.00-$97,400.00
Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
