Forerunner is seeking a Business Development Representative to support its sales team in connecting government agencies to our innovative climate adaptation software. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology and climate solutions. You will play a vital role in identifying leads, managing data, and collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive sales success in a remote-first environment.

The base pay for this position is $50,000-$80,000 annually with an OTE of $80,000-$100,000.This posting may span more than one career level. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, and working location.
