As a Business Development, North America, member you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding USAII's presence in the North American markets. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the execution of our global sales strategy. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships and promoting the successful adoption of our industry-leading AI certification programs across educational institutions, government entities, and corporate organizations worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education and corporate sectors.
-Manage outreach to universities, colleges, K–12 institutions, governments, and enterprises.
-Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
Client Relationship Management:
-Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
-Understand client needs to offer tailored AI certification solutions.
-Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
-Provide feedback on market trends, competitor insights, and client behavior.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
-2 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in EdTech, tech certification, or training sectors.
-Demonstrated success in B2B sales or institutional partnerships.
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage global time zones.
-Competitive salary (50K+) and $100,000+ commission and performance-based bonuses.
