We work with athletic directors and school administrators across the country, and this role is where our best Account Executives get their start. If you're high-energy, genuinely coachable, and the kind of person who shows up with fresh ideas instead of waiting to be told what to do, we want to talk to you.

Why This Role
  • A defined path to Account Executive. This role exists to develop future closers. Strong performers move up.
  • Real coaching. You’ll get direct, real-time feedback from people who want to see you grow
  • Room to bring your own approach. We want your ideas on how to prospect smarter
  • Work that means something. You’ll be talking to the people who run school athletic programs, and helping them solve real challenges
  • A genuinely fun industry. You’ll spend your day talking sports and school athletics with people who love it as much as you do. A love of sports is a big plus here.
What You’ll Do
  • Prospect into target accounts through calls, emails, and creative outreach, and turn conversations into qualified pipeline.
  • Run discovery conversations that uncover what a school or athletic department actually needs.
  • Partner with Account Executives to plan and execute account strategy together.
  • Build relationships with multiple contacts across an account so you understand the full picture before handing off a qualified opportunity.

  • Coachability. You take feedback well and actually use it.
  • A competitive streak and a real desire to win.
  • Strong interest in a direct career path to sales
  • Confidence to have real conversations with business decision-makers.
  • The word ‘no’ doesn’t slow you down; it motivates you to try something new or different.
  • Fresh ideas, and the ability to pivot easily to try them
Nice to Have
  • Experience in sales, business development, customer-facing work, athletics
  • A track record of achievement, whether that's exceeding a quota, competing athletically, leading a team, or building something of your own.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Salesloft.
Growth Path

First month

  • You’re learning the space: school athletics and administration, who the buyers are, and what they’re actually dealing with.
  • You’re learning what questions get past the surface and uncover a real problem.
  • You’re learning to read activity and behavior, so you can tell who’s genuinely engaged
