️ Sales Representative – Hotel Partnerships & State-Themed Retail (Remote)

Remote | Territory-Based | 1099 Contractor | Commission Only

With nearly 1 million passionate community members, state-themed sustainable products, and a growing social presence, we connect people to the places they love—while donating 10% of profits to national parks and wildlife protection.

We’re hiring a high-energy Sales Representative to help us grow in two key areas:

• Selling digital media packages to hotels
• Selling state-specific products to local retailers and tourism businesses

This is a remote, commission-only contractor role ideal for someone motivated, organized, and purpose-driven.

What You’ll Do

1. Make ~30 cold calls daily to hotels and local retailers
2. Sell:

• Hotel packages: social media posts, stories, account management, and photo/video content
• Retail partnerships: state-branded apparel for gift shops, boutiques, and visitor centers

Coordinate local photographers to visit hotel sites (you book them—we manage the network)

Track leads and sales in a CRM

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and execution

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or cold calling
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Passion for the outdoors and regional identity
• Familiarity with social media, hospitality, or retail (a plus)
• Self-motivated and organized—can manage your own pipeline
• Experience with CRM software is helpful

Compensation and Benefits:

• 100% commission-based with uncapped earnings
• On-target earnings: $50K–$150K+ per year
• Bonuses and incentives for top performance
