Job summary

Vizmeg Landscaping in Stow, OH is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to grow our commercial grounds maintenance footprint across Northeast Ohio. You will win multi-year service contracts with property decision-makers and partner with General Contractors and Developers to turn new commercial builds into long-term maintenance accounts.

Key responsibilities include maintenance sales, GC and developer partnerships, and building a strong pipeline through industry groups and CRM

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales in commercial landscape, facility management, or building services.
• Understanding of commercial grounds care, snow management, site plan reading, and institutional RFP processes.
• Proven success opening doors with facility decision-makers and closing multi-year contracts.
• CRM proficiency, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Sales (60%): Prospect, quote, and close recurring service contracts across turf, plant care, irrigation, and snow management.
• GC & Developer Partnerships (30%): Secure placement on preferred subcontractor bid lists and transition projects into maintenance agreements.
• Networking & Pipeline (10%): Engage in industry groups, maintain CRM records, and report monthly forecasts to leadership.

Vizmeg Landscape is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our commercial grounds maintenance and snow management footprint across Northeast Ohio. In this role, you will win multi-year service contracts with property decision-makers and partner with General Contractors and Developers to turn new commercial builds into long-term maintenance accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance Sales (60%): Prospect, quote, and close recurring service contracts (turf, plant care, irrigation, snow management) across Healthcare, Industrial, Education, and Retail sectors. Build direct relationships with Facilities and Property Managers.
• GC & Developer Partnerships (30%): Secure placement on preferred subcontractor bid lists for commercial landscape builds, systematically transitioning completed projects into multi-year maintenance agreements.
• Networking & Pipeline (10%): Engage in industry groups (BOMA, IFMA, AGC), maintain CRM records, and report monthly sales forecasts directly to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years of B2B sales in commercial landscape, facility management, or building services.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of commercial grounds care, snow management, site plan reading, and institutional RFP processes.
• Proven Results: Demonstrated success opening doors with facility decision-makers and closing multi-year contracts.
• Requirements: CRM proficiency, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Pay: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (on maintenance contracts, enhancements, and construction wins).
