Altitude AI in Salt Lake City is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This full-time role combines in-office collaboration with remote work two days per week to drive outbound prospecting and pipeline development for industrial automation solutions.

You will master the Altitude OS, leverage HubSpot and Clay, and work with leadership to refine sales tactics and hit monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume cold-calling and email sequences to introduce Altitude AI to potential customers and schedule product demos.
• Pipeline Generation: Leverage modern sales tools to identify, research, and qualify leads within our target market (System Integrators and industrial manufacturers).
• Tech Stack Mastery: Utilize HubSpot for CRM management and Clay for AI-driven lead generation and data enrichment.
• Technical Communication: Learn the ins and outs of the Altitude OS to effectively explain the value of AI-generated PLC code to skeptical engineering leads.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales techniques, overcome objections, and hit monthly meeting targets.

This full-time opportunity is based in the bustling heart of Downtown Salt Lake City, UT and is designed for individuals ready to make a substantial impact in the world of industrial automation using Generative AI. Please note, this position is not a remote role; it includes a hybrid work model where you will spend three days in-office and two days working remotely each week.

Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales or business development role, specifically with a track record of success in outbound prospecting.
• Technical Aptitude: A strong ability to learn complex software quickly and the curiosity to understand how industrial hardware works.
• Persistence & Resilience: You thrive on the challenge of cold-calling. You aren't deterred by "no" and view objections as opportunities to pivot.
• Modern Sales Toolkit: Familiarity with HubSpot and Clay (or similar prospecting/CRM tools) is highly preferred.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not provide visa sponsorship or H1B transfers for this position.
