Business Development Representative (Remote, Commission-Only)

ORTHDX is a lean web development agency building websites, e-commerce platforms and custom software for businesses that want to be found and to sell online. We're also a ClickUp Solutions Partner, so we build out workspaces and coach sales teams inside them. We have no investors and no debt, and nothing stands between the work and the people who bring it in. That's why we can pay our reps the way we do.

The role

You find businesses whose online presence isn't doing them justice, start the conversation and walk them through to a signed deal and payment. Our build team handles everything after that. Your day is prospecting, outreach and follow-up.

What you'll earn

This role is 100% commission, paid at rates most agencies won't come close to:

• Complex/integrated website ($3,200): $1,920 per deal
• ClickUp builds and coaching, e-commerce builds ($40K–$75K) and retainers: 25–50% commission, unlocked once you've proven yourself

Hitting monthly goal puts you at $11,900–$19,200/month from websites alone.

Who we're looking for

You start things without being told to. When you're in a slump you notice it and climb out without making excuses. You learn fast by doing, and you'll hold your teammates to the same standard you hold yourself. You don't need sales experience, though it helps. All you need is a phone, and a laptop makes it easier.

Details

Fully remote. Full-time is preferred, but part-time works while you ramp up, and the goal is to get you full-time as fast as your earnings allow.
