Ostro Studio

Ostro Studio builds fast, conversion-focused websites for home service businesses, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, cleaners, painters, roofers, and landscapers. We serve businesses across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

We're expanding our sales team and looking for 10 motivated remote Sales Representatives who are confident on the phone and driven by results.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll connect with leads provided by Ostro Studio, introduce our website services, understand each prospect's needs, and work toward closing the sale.

Responsibilities include:

• Contacting qualified leads provided by Ostro Studio
• Speaking directly with business owners over the phone
• Presenting our website services clearly and confidently
• Closing website sales and guiding prospects through the purchasing process
• Scheduling follow-up calls with interested prospects who need additional time or information
• Maintaining consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales process

This is primarily a phone-based sales position. Video calls are not required.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position, with commissions paid twice per week through Stripe or Wise.

• 15% commission on every initial website sale
• 10% recurring commission on monthly care plans purchased by your clients
• Recurring commissions continue for as long as eligible clients remain subscribed to their care plans
• Sales Accelerator: Reach $10,000 in website sales within a calendar month and your commission rate increases to 20% for the remainder of that month

Example: Generate $10,000 in website sales and earn at least $1,500 in initial commissions, plus recurring monthly commissions from eligible care plans.

There is no fixed salary or hourly wage.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident and professional communication over the phone
• Comfortable speaking directly with business owners
• Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Access to a phone or computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet environment for calls
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
• Previous sales, cold-calling, appointment-setting, or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required
• A results-driven attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
