This role is remote-friendly only within Boston or Greater Boston and San Diego.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting new leads and creating strong first impressions with potential customers and partners.
- Following up on inbound requests via phone and email to assess scientific and business fit.
- Organizing and prioritizing sales leads in CRM, measuring lead conversion and performance.
- Gaining expertise in BioRender’s software features, benefits, and applications.
- Researching companies and identifying key stakeholders using prospecting tools.
- Developing customized pitches for different target accounts and personas.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to drive outbound prospecting activities like cold calling and emailing.
- Working with marketing and sales teams to promote attendance at BioRender events.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a BDR in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a history of high achievement.
- Willing to work during EST business hours.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, preferably in life sciences (biology, biotech, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, etc.).
Interview Process
- Introductory call with a recruiter (20-30 mins).
- Interview with Business Development Manager (Q&A about BioRender and role).
- Practical exercise to demonstrate skills.
- Meet potential team members.
