Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Business Development Representative located remotely.

Job Summary :

As a business development representative for Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT), you will play a critical role between the marketing and sales teams. Through strong communication skills and an understanding of the CWT portfolio, the ideal candidate will expand the reach of marketing campaigns to support a seamless customer experience. You will strategically identify and contact qualified leads to build a pipeline of new opportunities to contribute to CWT’s long-term business growth.

Currently this role is remote with the expectation to travel to Kimberton, PA and / or Carlisle, PA a few times per month.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Lead initial customer outreach
  • Contact prospects through phone calls and emails
  • Determine prospect needs and current challenges through initial conversation(s) and recommend appropriate products
  • Document qualified leads and follow up actions in Salesforce
  • Schedule meetings and calls between prospects and field sales reps
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in creating digital campaigns that will drive sales
  • Other duties as assigned
